Pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter GDPR) concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the circulation of such data, we inform you as follows:
THE OWNER OF THE TREATMENT
The Owner of the treatment is Mr IACOBELLI SANDRO, owner of B&B IACOBELLI, located in Via Nino Bixio 7, Pisa. The owner can be contacted by e-mail at the address iacobelli.sandro@gmail.com.
Purposes of the treatment
The personal data you have made available to B&B IACOBELLI will be used for sending information and commercial communications, even of a promotional nature; moreover, if expressly requested, the data will be used for administrative accounting purposes and for the obligations established by current regulations. It is also specified that the information is provided only for the website www.benergydrill.it and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through link. The information is also based on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on May 17th 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to the users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.
Method of treatment
The Owner of the treatment processes the Personal Data of Users by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Personal data may be processed by means of both paper and computerized archives (including carried devices) and processed in ways strictly necessary to meet the aforementioned purposes. In addition to the Owner of the treatment, in some cases, the Data may have access to the Data subjects of the people involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (as suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of Managers can always be requested from the Owner.

Your personal data, object of treatment for the above purposes, will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed, and where required, for the time when the Owner is subject to conservation obligations for purposes provided for by law or regulation.
